1. You hold a .ai nameThe registry returns the owner of that name. Not a signature, not a screenshot.

2. The contract checks itmint() reads the registry directly, so a wallet with no identity cannot pass.

3. You get five seatsCounted per identity, not per wallet. Moving the token does not reset the counter.

4. Nobody can buy inNo allowlist to farm, no invite code to resell, no admin who can hand out seats.

No owner mintEvery token comes through the same gate. There is no reserve and no team allocation.

Supply only fallsAfter seven days the owner may cut unsold seats to what was actually minted. Never above.

No pauseMint and market cannot be frozen by an admin. If the code runs, it runs.
